Warranty Coverage
We offer a 6-month limited warranty on mechanical defects for all our products, including racks, cages, accessories, and hardware. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the products. Please note that this warranty does not cover customer equipment used with our products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Rod Rack products carry a separate lifetime limited warranty; contact us at info@greentouch.com for details.
Warranty Claims
- Dealer/Distributor Expenses and Shop Labor Fees: Green Touch Industries does not cover these expenses.
- Strom® Sprayer: Warranty claims for Strom® Sprayers require the unit to be shipped back to us for inspection and repair.
