Our commitment
Green Touch Industries Inc. wants everyone to be able to browse and buy from trailerracks.com. We are committed to making the site easier to use for people with disabilities, and we welcome your feedback.
Where we are today
We are working to improve the accessibility of this site. We have not completed a full accessibility audit, and we do not claim that the site meets any particular accessibility standard. In October 2026 we ran an automated check on key pages (home, collections, product pages, cart, contact, FAQs and refund policy). It found issues that we are working to fix, including:
- Some text that does not have enough contrast against its background.
- A quantity field on product pages that needs a proper label for screen reader users.
- A third-party link and image on the FAQs page that need text descriptions.
- A hidden panel on the home page that can still be reached with the keyboard.
Automated checks catch only some problems, so there may be others we have not found yet. Some pages and videos may be difficult to use. Installation guides are published as images and PDFs; if you cannot use one, contact us and we will work to send the steps in another format.
