Warranty: We offer a six-month limited warranty for mechanical defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from regular wear and tear. To file a warranty claim, please call us at 561-659-5525.

Returns: Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Non-returnable items: Please note that gift cards are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. We issue refunds within 3 business days of receiving your return. After that, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment processor and bank.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you experience delays in receiving your refund, we recommend checking with your bank and credit card company first. If further assistance is needed, please contact us at info@greentouch.com.

Sale Items: Please be aware that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not eligible.

Exchanges: We only exchange defective or damaged items for the same product. To request an exchange, please email us at info@greentouch.com and send your item to the return address listed under Shipping below.

Shipping: When returning a product, please ship it to 100 Federal Hwy, Lake Park, FL 33403.

You are responsible for covering the costs of return shipping, which are non-refundable. We do not provide return shipping labels. For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
